CANNAMERX PRIVACY POLICY Updated on 2018-10-20 Cannamerx, a service offered by 3955 Trading Inc. (referred to in this document as "we", "us", or “Company”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy sets out how we deal with the information we collect from Cannamerx users on the websites accessible under the cannamerx.com domain (referred to in this document as "websites"). By using or submitting information through any of the Cannamerx websites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT 1.1 Information You Provide Us Directly We may collect information from you, including but not limited to your username, password, the name of your business, address information, license information, email, and other such information, when we create an account for you and your company on the Cannamerx platform, or which you otherwise choose to submit to us. We also retain information that you post or store through your account on our websites, including your product offers, photos, and supporting documentation. If you contact us through email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply, and any information that you submit to us. 1.2 Information Collected via Technology To make our websites and the related services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) collect information from you, including browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. We use this anonymous data in many ways, including to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our websites and the related services and improve site navigation. We reserve the right, and you hereby grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, to use, sell, sublicense through multiple levels, and disclose your anonymous data to third-party companies for any lawful purpose. AT NO TIME WILL WE DISCLOSE NON-ANONYMOUS RECORDS OF YOUR TRADING ACTIVITY ON THE CANNAMERX PLATFORM TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER SECTION 3.2. 2.3 Feedback If you provide feedback on any of our services to us, you give us the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use such feedback for any purpose, provided we will not associate such feedback with your personally identifiable information if used for any purpose other than our internal business purposes. We will collect any information contained in such communication and will treat the information in such communication in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION 3.1 Affiliates We may share some or all of your information with any subsidiaries or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”). We will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. 5.
